HH is a Town home style rental property where tenants have a washer and dryer in the units, and individual garages attached to each unit. I know personally, that each unit is THOROUGHLY cleaned, disinfected, and flipped top to bottom when an old tenant moves out. Including but not limited to, all new paint, new carpet (if necessary) new fixtures and cabinets (if necessary) and more! The management is just like at any other rental property, except, here they will try to do everything they can, reasonably speaking to help. The staff is headed up and supervised by a experienced and professional manager who is there onsite sometimes 6 days a week to make sure everything is ran smoothly and professionally. People cant forget that this property is very LARGE and is NOT traditional apartment complex where there are many, many different buildings.
