These idiots towed my 2011 Explorer claiming it was illegally parked in a down town Detroit alley; I got news for you morons, a vehicle with commercial plates is permitted to park in an alley way! \r

My truck was brand new; and had less then 300 miles on it. \r
\r
When I went to pick it up they charged me $275 dollars claiming it was so high because they need to take extra with new cars which meant extra work and they had to use special equipment because it’s a 4x4. \r

When I got the truck back the entire passengers side looked like it was dragged along a wall, the front tie rod was bent and the back axle was pulled from the mount plus my GPS; tools and company check book was missing. \r

Of course they claim that is the condition the truck was in when they towed it and that they don’t take anything out of a car. \r
\r
I demanded to speak to the owner and was told to f**k off they weren’t paying for any damages and when I signed the tow slip at the time I paid them their extortion money it released them for any liability for damages or theft. These idiots make you sign the tow slip before they will let you even see the car.\r

I wanted to know who told them to tow the truck and they said the police did but the Officers at the station didn’t know anything about it, they said it was a private property tow not a police tow which is bull!\r

I’ll see you a**holes in court! \r

Oh and they are not even on McNichols they are a junk yard on Hildale St!
