Rich is a very professional business owner. He understands what it take to have a customer for life. He came in and evaluated my carpet suggested how to care for it and provided amazing work, my carpets have never been cleaner. Rich even came early so I could make it to an appointment on time. WOW I wish everyone was like Rich. You'd be a fool not to call him.
