They are are terrible! They are unresponsive, irresponsible, do not return calls, visit the property or respect owners and do not communicate openly. Essentially they collect the condo fee and outsource to contractors. Very bad company.\r

1) They had turnover ofbtheir Property Manager and did not inform the board of trustees of the change. They did not answer the phone or return call during 3 weeks while they hired the new replacement.\r

2) They do not meet with the board regularly and do not do onsite visits regularly. They have ( their own unqualified) vendors / contractors do the visits. Very expensive and on top of the property management fees.\r

3) They 'provide' their own accounting team and charge a lot of administrative fees on top of their property management fees.
