I had a terrible experience, a while back. I called a cab and they sent someone out, when the guy arrived, they told me he was out front and it took me a minute to get outside. When I got outside (less than ten minutes later,) he had left. I called the company, they sent him back.
He then told me ""Oh time is the money. You no come so I leave. You not even in area, we do you favor. Time is money, I have other things to do. ""
Part ways through the ride he remembered who held his money, and he started sucking up to me, being as nice as I can. He was foreign, and typically acted like him and his culture, (that he did not mention,) were several steps above us.
I did not call the cab company for two months. When I called today, I spoke with a receptionist, not a pressured, angry, bitchy dispatcher that most people deal with. She listened to me, made an exception for me (since I am far from the area..) and told me if any drivers ever spoke to me again to call and talk to someone.
She made me feel like a customer, and it is by far the largest effort that ANY cab company has ever shown me. I was extremely happy.
Although I won't be able to give the company more business, I advise that others use it. Most cab drivers and company's act like they hate their customers, but this one is the one exception.

Pros: Good customer service, nice receptionists.
Cons: The antisocial, life-hating, drivers
