While Mr. Obrien himself provided a decent consultation and experience, I will NEVER VISIT THIS PRACTICE AGAIN DUE TO THE RUDE AND INTOLERABLE ATTITUDE OF HIS OFFICE STAFF. First after making an appoinment I was called last minute repeatedly on my cell phone (during work hours!) requesting me to change the time of my appoinment. When I stated that would not work for my schedule his miserable receptionist gave me an attitude. Extrememly unprofessional. After the fact of my appointment I was billed unexpected charges that I later found out should have been fully covered by my insurance. I reluctantly payed the bill. I recently discovered other co-workers of mine were billed similar charges. \r

I called the office quite some time later to have my x-rays forwarded to another dentist only to be told by the same wretched receptionist that I must pay a $14 late fee (which I knew nothing about previously) before they would do so. I stated that was absurd and she told me ""well then best of luck to you."" Best of luck to THEM retaining patients with an attitude like that!
