Especially in a business known for its high-pressure agents, ""above and beyond"" barely does justice to the incredible service I got from John and the staff at this agency when I was looking for a room in Park Slope, Brooklyn. John was honest, and his low-key style was refreshing. Sensing that I was uncertain about the first room that I considered applying for, John suggested I sleep on it before settling for it. Ultimately, I found the perfect room in a brownstone building whose management company guided me patiently and with good humor through a vetting process that was as pain free as dealing with their room service. I can’t say enough about their patience, professionalism, and kindness. Thank you! ?\r
