Review content:
One star is too many for this bad and horrible groomer. I once took my dog to DOGMA Grooming in Carytown and they cut her belly open and handed her to me without saying a thing. I transfered my dog to my other hand to pay them and noticed blood in my hand. That is when I knew something was wrong.. They first tried to blame me for the huge gash in my dogs stomach by saying it must have happened after I left. Yet, the front counter person said, she had not left the store yet. Then they tried to say it was because I did not brush her enough. A three inch gash in the belly on a toy poodle is not caused by not brushing her. I will never take my pet to this shop again. They could have at lease apologized but no, the big scraggley blonde haired guy behind the counter insisted on blaming me and blaming me. I was not the groomer and she did not have a gash before I took her to Dogma Grooming and Pet Needs.\r They clearly need to learn something about customer service and how to apologize for your mistake. To blame the customer for a bad grooming job is just totally lame.
