Review content:
The only reason I am giving Boleman Law a 2 star is because my bankruptcy was actually processed.\r \r I filed Chapter 13 in the Fall of 2009 after meeting with a Boleman Attorney face to face. Little did I know that my initial consultation would be the only time I would speak to an actual attorney during the entire process. The attorney that represented me at the hearing was someone I had never met, and this person never spoke a word to me even at the hearing!!! At Boleman Law the customer is not a customer, the customer is a number and the more numbers they file for bankruptcy the better. What I didn't know going into the process is the attorney represents you for several years, not just during the filing. This means every six months or so I have to call and deal with the non-caring customer service. You call in and get an attitude from whomever picks up. They have you fax documents in, but for some reason they are never received. If I could go somewhere else I would, but alas I am stuck with Boleman until my court appointed plan is completely paid off.\r \r So bottom line, Boleman will get your bankruptcy filed, but thats it. Do not expect to be treated like a person or to speak with friendly caring individuals on the phone who do not lose faxed documents.
