STAY AWAY! We have had the worst experience EVER! She treats you like a case number and not like a client. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! We retained Mrs Tonita Foster and had her as our attorney for about a month. She is not able to perform to the ability that she makes you think. She filed divorce papers on grounds of adultry only to get to court and have no recollection of certain documents of which she used as basis for the divorce papers. We went to court only having met with her at the time we retained her. She did not take any time before court to review any documents or build any type of case. She charges for phone calls made even when the secretary doesn't know the answer or gives some generic answer. Take my advice and keep looking for a more qualified attorney. We were quoted $5000 due to the fact of the adultry but after we met with her we were told there wasn't enough evidence but still charged the full amount. We have since retained another attorney but Mrs Tonita Foster refuses to give a reasonable refund so we want to make sure that everyone is aware of their unfair business practices. She is very forgetful and in my opinion just wants your money without putting in the necessary steps to build a successful case.
