Thankfully there is still a few good guys out there .I went to 3 other stores and they all said it’s to infected they would have erase everything on laptop and reload from scratch and I didn’t have any disks, I bought laptop used so I would have to buy everything again and it would be cheaper to buy a new laptop. I was telling my boss and she called our network guy he said bring it in I Walked into mikes shop and 2 days later it’s like new. They were able to breathe life back into it and clean it up with all my programs intact and set me up with a idiot proof back up program so I can relax and surf on. The big stores just don’t care just want you out of their line and at the cash register. I work for a large company but its funny how they don’t use large companies for their important data just a few guys that still take pride in fixing things not just selling. Thanks Again
