Review content:
I've been using Elliott Tire and Service for a VERY long time. I think the first time I used them was back in 2002, and I've always used them because they're half the cost of the dealership, and I know that I can trust them. Once, I went to a brakes only shop, just as a one off instead of using these guys, and was told that I would have to spend about $800 doing all sorts of things to my braking system. When I came to these guys for a second opinion, they let me know that I wasn't even ready for new pads quite yet, and that I could drive for another month or so and come back in and they would only need to replace the pads. What could be taken as a knock against them, was the time that they misdiagnosed a problem with my car. They did the work, and the check engine light came on the very next day, and after taking it in again, they made another repair, gave me the money back for the work that they had done that wasn't necessary, and apologized for any inconvenience. If you ask me, their honesty was reason alone to continue using them despite the ONE time that they made a mistake in over nine years of service.
