Review content:
This was my first eye exam in over 5 years and it was a positive experience. Dr. Adachi is pleasant and thorough; he didn't 'dumb it down' when I asked questions. After the exam, I selected frames. The staff suggested 5-6 varieties within the general style that I had in mind; there was no pressure to choose a higher-priced model or style. The glasses look sharp and I'm a pleased customer!
Pros: Good explanations & office atmosphere
Cons: Had to wait a few extra minutes in the lobby before being seen
