BED BUGS POOR MANAGEMENT AND INCOMPETENT MAINTENANCE WORKERS.\r

first few weeks living here was a nightmare with the new management that took over the company, they still don't have the foretold 'internet bill pay' or even an atm machine, every month we have to pay with a money order. \r
\r
Also this whole complex is infected with bed bugs, they gave us a notice to vacate everything but big furniture then we had to fight with them for hours before they covered the costs of the uhaul. and they still refused to house us for the next 3 days!\r

water heater has only 2 levels, hotter than the sun or ice cold. also it's probably only a 10 gallon heater for a two bedroom house. It's impossible to do the dishes while someone's showering or one of them isn't hot.\r

the toilet clogs once a week due to no pressure. and it takes weeks to months to get anything fixed around here. as soon as they took over management they fired the great maintenance workers that lived here and kicked them out with a 15 day notice. Now nothing gets done, and if something breaks you have to go to hell before it gets fixed. How the hell are 8 families supposed to get any laundry done with one tiny washer that you have to pay for and one dryer that hardly works?!\r

The landlord is a joke and doesn't know what is going on at any given time of day, and will manipulate your contract any way she can if you're not paying attention.\r

I have spent less money for a much better quality apartment everywhere else I lived and can't believe I'm throwing away almost 1000$ a month for this bug infested place.\r
\r
And on top of it all they're raising the rent 150$!!!!! WINDSONG APARTMENTS IS A JOKE
