i have been going to this clinic since i was 51/2 months pregnant i gave birth in december and anytime i needed to get my daughter in the clinic for serious issues they would insruct me not to take her to emergency but schedule an appointment for 3-4 weeks later as if i would need them anymore i would always end up at the emergency room anyway because she needed to be seen now not when they felt like scheduling her , she had a heart murmur and they were suppose to send her records to the specialist but after 3 app. of failure because they didn't send anything i had to get copies of them and take them up myself . i really feel that the staff at this clinic don't care at all to help when you you need it but only when they feel like it. you end up waiting forever to be seen even if you had an app. its so ridiculous i will never go back to this clinic they are pathetic. i now go to holladay pediatrics they are so much better and if she needs to be seen it is that day we get an app. i would sent anyone there .
Pros: they know how to make appointments
