Initially, we had a good impression via the owner. The business seemed long standing and professional. Unfortunately, the process took forever (something that should have been completed in a month took 5 months). We were squeezed in with other projects and rarely proactively followed up with. We had to continually call to get status. We also had to follow up on detail work/items missed. The owner took down notes, but they seemed to disappear. While the work ended up being solid, I'm giving them 2 stars for lack of organization, follow-through, timing and detail work. I can't comment on cost. It was expensive, but we assumed the work/job would make it worthwhile. Unfortunately the process took away from the final result. Next time, we'll get quotes from multiple places.\r
