Mill Creek Real Estate is a company that is really easy to work with and they don't make you feel like it is all about the commission they will be making. The realtor I dealt with was extremely professional. Even though I didn't have a lot of knowledge of either the sales or buying process, the realtor was dedicated to helping me find just the right buyer for my home (for the right price) and then to help me find the right home for me. Even though I felt bad not liking a particular house for this or that reason, the realtor never made me feel petty; instead he made me feel that if I wasn't happy, then he wouldn't be happy. It was always easy to get in contact with the realtor and when I called him, he promptly returned my calls if he was unavailable when I called. I believe the commission rates are average for the area. I highly recommend these realtors.
