I was in Albuquerque on business, Yellow Cab company is the worst in this state! ""Racist,Unprofessional & horrible service"" they only have 9 cabs and you will have to wait for an hour! The reason given to be was we contract our cars to independent drivers so cant account for them, so if you get robbed by one of the cabbies the company is not responsible. They are horribly racist to color, i had a black driver who I asked to pull over by the atm to get some cash out, the reply I get from him is ""dont try to pull some sh!t on me"" WOW! thats the kinda customer service this company gives. So I call up the operator (Bobby) to complain on how ""nice"" he was he said the same bs I am not responsible on how he behaves we just rent out the cars to him. Never ever will I call a Yellow Cab in New Mexico!
