After 25 years in the Lending Business and hundreds, if not thousands of transactions I have finally found the very best service I have ever experienced in Escrow. Kate is sharp, professional, competant and always willing to go the extra distance to close your deal. \r
Although I am located in the desert and her office is a 100 miles from mine I send her all the files that I can personally direct. The service is better than anything local.\r
Before I was refered to Kate, Escrow was just another hassle in my day. Escrow officers who were unavailable to me. Escrows that wouldn't accomodate my client's work schedules. Escrow officers who couldn't calculate a file... and worse yet Escow officers who were RUDE to my clients. \r
