I have been to 3 different engravers and 2 of them of which made costly mistakes than after their mishaps recomended the Personal Touch in Lakewood for my engraving. The 3rd one didn't even try to engrave my item and told me the same as the others to go to the Personal Touch. I don't want to bad mouth any other engravers but lets just say Things arn't so Remembered if they are not done correctly (wink wink). I do not live close to the store but made the costly drive down there and it was amazing!!! Great atmosphere, very customer friendly workers and extreamly proffesional! Since my experince I have not gone any were else as the Personal Touch have done rush orders for me and absolutly no loss in quality as I do have very very high costly items.\r
