Review content:
I had been to other shops with a bike that just didn’t seem right. After a couple tunes and return visits to readdress the problem I needed a new shop. I was referred to The Bike Company. I took my bike in and the staff went through it with me. The Bike Company staff listened to my issues and walked through them one by one. A couple were quick easy fixes that they showed me on the spot. They took the bike to service on the issues I didn’t feel I could do. The bike was complete when they said it would be and has been a pleasure to ride. I hate to think that I wasted months of rides fighting with something that a competent shop like The Bike Company had fixed in one visit! PS they also called a couple weeks later to make sure the bike was working correct and I was happy! That was a first for me.
