Arrived at 7am and Ginny was scrubbing the floors. Place was quiet, clean, all machines appeared to be in good operational condition. Change machine on premise was working, and they sell laundry detergent on site at a reasonable rate. Neighborhood was fine, not a bad part of town.\r

Dunkin Donuts across the street if you need sugar and coffee.
