This is simply THE best place to dine in the Vail Valley!! The moment you walk into Splendido you know you're in for a special evening. The entire staff is warm, professional, and personable. The wine list is huge and the sommelier couldn't have been more knowledgeable and helpful in finding us the perfect bottle of wine to go with our dinner. The food is outstanding! It is worth every penny you spend! After dinner we sat in the piano bar enjoying dessert and port. One of the best nights we ever spent in the Vail Valley!!
