I've been going to Timonium Auto for years and was recommended by a friend who has also been using their service for years. Their prices are comparable with other auto repair facilities. I've never been up-sold on any parts or services I didn't need. On more than one occasion, they have squeezed me in when I had an emergency, e.g. parts falling off, broken window in winter. \r

Mostly, I appreciate the fact that every employee has always spoken to me with the utmost courtesy. Unlike the dealership up the street, they do not treat me like a senseless, blonde bimbo.
Pros: never feel like they are taking advantage
Cons: wouldn't like them to get more popular
