Businiess name:  Sushi Island

Review content:
The only place near Boston that comes close to what sushi is like in Japan. Not the fanciest, but honest authentic sushi. Lots of special fish that other places don't bother to track down, and Chef Junji cures his own salmon and mackrel (saba). Also the only place around here where the chirashi is a true delight, not just a place to ditch weird shaped pieces of fish. I also love the oshi-zushi (pressed sushi) with fish eggs in the rice. The American style sushi rolls are good, but the more traditional stuff is where this place shines.
