While the staff is not friendly, clueless teenie boppers that tend to greet you at stores like Pet smart they are very knowledgeable about dog nutrition. Docs carries the best food line I have seen in a pet store, I have not come across a chain that carries Evo or Orijen in their store let alone both like Docs. I have never come across a changed expiration date on any dog food at their store, now that I think about it for a second?couldn?t the distributer have changed it and scammed Doc?s? In my opinion this family seems very trustworthy an honest, albeit a little strange and aloof. If you want someone to hold your hand, smile and be super friendly this isn't the place for you, if you want people that have a vast knowledge about K-9 nutrition and feline needs this is definatly the place for you. I also like the fact that I am helping to keep a small family business going.
