Review content:
Immediately after having Frank Gouveia Plumbing replace my water heater, I started experiencing strange issues (air spurts, irregular temperature, knocking) that persist today (8 months later).
At this point, my issue is no longer with the product (though, obviously I'll need the water heater replaced sooner than later) but with the way FG mishandled the situation.
Calls go unanswered, appointments get missed, employees show no interest in actually fixing the problems. The only results came from contacting the Better Business Bureau and filing a complaint.
