After my bad experience at Quirk chevy on Thursday night, I went to Best Chevrolet in Hingham on Saturday. I had the best car buying experience I have ever had. From the minute I walked in the door until the time I left, they were nothing but friendly and helpful. I was greeted by several people at the door. I told them that I was interested in a new 2010 Malibu. They introduced me to a salesperson named Aaron. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, no games and no nonsense. After my test drive. I told Aaron that if he could give me the price I wanted, he would have a deal. I did not give him a figure, I gave a range. He then preceded to call his finance manager to tell the finance manager that I wanted to buy the car. The finance manager looked at my trade while Aaron was sitting with me chatting. The finance manager then came to me with everything written out. I could not believe it based on my research and my finance approval he was exactly where I wanted to be. I didn't even tell him. He explained how he came up with the figures and why. After I agreed to the deal. I talked with Aaron a little more and then finished some paper work with another finance guy named Drew. He too was extremely helpful. He wrote everything out and talked to me at length so that I understood everything and he answered all of my questions. From here on out I will be doing all of my car buying with Best. I cannot wait to pick my car up tonight.
