Filet and Lobster are their signature dish, Lobster was excellent, steak was very good. Morel Mushroom Bisque is excellent (very very rich, fyi). Service is extremely attentive, almost over attentive at times. There were a few noticeable lapses of service. One example, we were not asked if we wanted our steaks ""Prime"" or ""Choice"". The difference is that ""Prime"" is a higher grade of steak and therefore more expensive by $10-$15. By default they gave us the ""Prime"". You may also be disappointed by the casual hotel guest(s) who walk in wearing shorts and sweat shirt, or by a couple with infant in tow. (Hint: If you are paying $35-$45 per meal, go ahead and get a sitter). ;) Other then the few lapses, very nice pricey establishment to celebrate a ""special occasion"" at. Pros: Morel Mushroom Bisque, Attentive service, Fresh (daily) lobster Cons: Inconsistent clientel, Musak selection, Off main hotel lobby
