Review content:
I no longer live in Seattle, but every time I visit I make it a point to go to Taste of India. I've lived in several places since living in Seattle, and Taste of India remains my favorite Indian restaurant anywhere. Most dishes come with a choice of protein (you can choose meat, chicken, seafood, paneer, or vegetables only) making for a lot variety and numerous options for vegetarians. Their naan bread is particularly good, as is their chai tea (which they gave me the recipe for!). A family runs the restaurant and the son who is usually there is super nice and welcoming. My family has been going for years and I never thought to write a review until now. When we went to dinner last week they brought us an unordered appetizer and a dessert, presumably because we go so often, so I'm trying to repay their generosity by spreading the word to the few of you who haven't discovered them yet.
Pros: Excellent food, lots of vegetarian choices
Cons: Popular - sometimes you have to wait for a table
