First of all, be prepared to shell out top dollar for what appears to be beautiful plants up front. (Which I'm fine with by the way). But if you have a problem with your plant later, they offer nothing for your trouble, instead they told me I would have had to call within a week! Everyone knows a plant can take more than a week to display problems that were hidden......I even asked them if they would just simply consider giving me a discount on a future order next time. (I order from them often). I was put on hold while they checked, they got back to me and said no, again, I would have had to call within a week or so. I informed her that it seemed to be a bad business decision, because after providing me with a plant filled with spider mites, they had an opportunity to still retain a customer. Instead they lost one for good.
