Who would've thought I'd be so impressed with a towing company!!!! Car died :( I met the tow driver in the parking lot where my car was--really nice guy. Unfortunately he overcharged me for the tow. I paid it at the time - I have a baby who needed to get home - and then called the company the next day to ask what their rate is for a tow of my type of car. It turns out I was overcharged by 3 miles (for some reason the driver didn't keep track of them). Dispatcher and accountant, both very accommodating. I'm getting my refund. YES!!!! In a world where you have to watch your back at every turn in dealing with companies, this was a HUGE, and very pleasant surprise!
