Review content:
Coming in as a group of approximately six 20 year olds, we were promptly seated but that's about as good as the service got. Our waiter merely took our orders and left, never even returning to ask us for refills or a simple ""are you doing okay?"" But what angered us most is that we saw him sitting at the table next to us mingling and chatting. After being told that there was a birthday at our table he didn't even come back with anything for the birthday boy until our table was cleared off and we had already complained to the incompetent manager on duty. This kind of rudeness is ridiculous when you walk in expecting to pay a $100 for one meal! This experience really taught me that price definitely does not reflect service because I have had better customer service going through the drive through of jack-in-the-box.
Cons: bad service
