My wife brought in her engagement ring to get resized. They broke the ring and said that they sent it to a ""master jewler"". Who said it there was an imperfection when the ring was made and that is why it broke. I sent the ring back to the maker and it was determined that bc Shay didn't take the three rings apart before cutting this is why the ring broke. Now the owner will not return my calls and is never at the store. The store will not even tell me who the ""master jewler"" is that they sent the broken ring to. Of course I'm out $600 bc I had to have the wedding ring remade\r
