Review content:
This restaurant is now known as the Kooky Canuck as it has recently went through a name change. This is a fun place, great atmosphere, great drinks, and a great location. The food here is not extravagant, but they have some unique menu items that make it a different enough place to be interesting. The bulk of the menu is made up of sandwich selections, but there are some pretty interesting ones, such as the fried ham and cheese. They also have stuff like bratwurst and meatloaf sandwiches. The appetizer list is very good and I would recommend their BBQ nachos if you were getting one. They over some interesting side items such as cheesy corn, and my personal favorite, Sweet Potato French Fries. I can't recommend this enough, they are the best in town. They have a good selection of beers on tap at affordable prices, so its a good place to get warmed up for a night on Beale, or before a movie at the Peabody. The best thing about this place is the good quality of food combined with the very affordable price tag. It is a pretty noisy place so its not your romantic date type of place. Unless noisy, hunting lodges is your idea of romantic. Pros: Great Prices, Great Drinks, Good Food Cons: Can be noisy, Service can be a little slow
