This bakery, while their cakes are pretty and usually pretty good too have HORRIBLE customer service. I have used them three times now and it has gotten worse with each time. The past experience that I had with them was earlier this month, Aug 06. My nephew was having a birthday party and my sister decided to go with SW to make the cake. They took down her credit card number THREE times and quoted her $56.00 for the cake. When I went to pick it up they claimed they didn't have the exp. date for the card so I gave them my card for ""just in case"" my sister didn't call back with the exp. date. She said she had given them the exp. date several times already but called them anyway and gave it again. The cake was mediocore, the design was not even close to what we expected it to be. A few days after the party SW billed MY credit card for 72.00. When my sister called them to see what the problem was they claimed the price had gone up because of the design and they didn't have an explanation as to why they billed the wrong card. After about 20 min on the phone they refused to refund the 16.00 difference and were very rude. DO NOT USE THEM!
