Review content:
After completing 3 fillings without a single complaint, my son began to scream in pain when she began working on his 4th tooth. This Dentist did not listen to my child when he cried & screamed in pain & begged her to stop. She tried to convince us that he was only scared. How could he all of a sudden become scared when she already completed 3 fillings? Despite my son's screams I allowed her to convince me that he wasn't in pain. Against my better judgment, I continued taking my son to this Dentist until this happened again to the point of her jamming a needle in his mouth while he was screaming in pain, causing him to bleed! I jumped up and made her stop. She threw her tools on the tray and left the room in a huff! To this day I am haunted by these experiences. I was so traumatized by these experiences that I talked with other parents & much to my shock, 5 different parents told me almost identical stories about their children! We've all since RUN from that office & now have wonderful dentists who provide quality care & treat their patients with dignity & respect! None of our kids have ever again screamed in pain in a Dentist’s chair!
