Splendia is a very nice website for luxury hotel bookings.
We were looking for nice Boutique, Design and Luxury Hotels and Splendia had the best selection on the web.
First of all they have a very nice website with detailed photos of the hotels, the rooms and interior. Their 24/7 customer service is very friendly and about to do everything in order to make the customer happy. We had some additional answers regarding an extra bed for our child in the booked room. They instantly checked everything with the Hotel and we had no extracost. They confirmed the extra bed right away and when we arrived in the Hotel everything was prepared already. Their club is offering special extras, e.g. free breakfast, internet or other services. We had to pay a percentage upfront in order to reserve the room and the rest of the amount had to be payed in the hotel directly. At the end we were very happy with their service and me and my wife are going to book with them again. Thank you Splendia.
