I purchased a coupon for this company from Amazon (99$). I called the company to set up a pick-up day and time- which was Tuesday. I called Tuesday morning and was told that they could come any time- just call them when I got home from work. I called at 4:15- and was told they would be there in an hour. 6:00 rolled by so I called them back- I was told they were still at another job and would be coming in the next 30 minutes. Finally 7:35 rolled by and they called and said they were on the way to my home. I waited until 8:30 and they still had not shown up so I called 2-3 times in the next 1/2 an hour and Chip had turned off his phone and his message box was full. They never showed up!
I called the next day- thinking that perhaps something had happened and once again- the phone rang out- and he never picked up (message box was still full). I waited until 3:00 the next day to see if he would call and let me know what was going on- but never received any kind of call- so I called Amazon and got a refund. I guess they are not reliable!!! :0(
