Review content:
Communication was poor. No foloow-up call to confirm workers were coming. Also, was told the color coating would match the back patio. Same color but shinier and not the same texture RESPONSE FROM Sledge Concrete Coatings: Thank you for your feedback, we will work to improve communication in the future. New polyurethane will always have a higher sheen than older existing coatings this should dull down somewhat quickly but the elements it is exposed to and foot traffic will determine a lot of that. Heavily shaded areas will stay shiny longer. Polyurethane is only the thickness of a couple of sheets of paper and follows the contour of the concrete. The texture will be as different as each concrete pour's finish. Thank You, Melissa Sledge
