My experience with Sledge Concrete Coatings was good, overall. I hired them to put a concrete coating on my patio, which looks like stone. The finished product looked good, but I did have an issue with the follow up.
After a few cracks appeared, I thought they were going to install brand new pieces. Instead, they just repaired the cracks. The results were fine, but I feel that the communication could have been better.
Looking at the job as a whole, they were knowledgeable, and it was very easy to set up. The only thing I would suggest is for them to communicate more clearly. At the end of the day, I'm satisfied.
