Review content:
I and other family members have taken our cars to this car wash for years and have been satisfied with the service. On March 1,2011 my daughter and I purchased gas and a car wash . When we next parked the car we saw many deep scratches on both sides of the car from the front grill to the back hatch . Within 30 minutes of leaving the car wash we had contacted the manager about the damage and were told it couldn't possiblyhave been caused by their equipment. The owner Matt Mattis actually threatened my husband physically{ my husband is 30 years older and on social security disability}and continued to deny responsibility and said we must have bought the car used and in bad condition. We purchased this car new from the dealer and although it is a 2007 it only has 27,000 miles on it and is very well maintained. I would advise extreme caution if any one is thinking of buying a car wash from this business.
