.Beware...they sign you up telling you it's a years worth of service for $200.00 They said they would make a visit every quarter and as needed. After paying 200 dollars and getting some service in the first quarter, they sent a bill for another $200. Turns out its $800 for the year not $200 as I was told.. They did a decent job and I like the service men. The problem is the people who sign you up are not honest. They did let me out of the contract when I complained.
Pros: Work done pretty well
Cons: Dishonest about rate for service
