Russ Gilbert is a master hair cutter and stylist, and he rocks! I have been a long-time customer, and he has never let me down. The happiest day of my life was when my previous haridresser called in sick at the last minute before a critical hair appointment, and Russ was able to fit me into his schedule that day. He transformed my bleach highlighted hair into a healthier, softer, stylish look and gave me magnificent hair product recommendations as well. As difficult to manage as my hair is, I require someone with incredible knowledge and expertise to handle my issues, and I am always a happy client. I am so confident with Russ' judgment that I give him full reign and permission to do what he thinks is best for my hair. Everywhere I go, people ask me for my stylist's name - that's the best evidence that his work is fabulous and unsurpassed by any hairdresser that I have ever had. I love you Russ, my friend.
