Here are my complaints.\r • The latest correspondence that we received from you was a FED EX letter dated August 5th which did not mention that you had cut off rental support.\r • This correspondence notified us that you had not received our receipts for taxi reimbursement which was actually not true because you had received taxi reimbursement on August 5th at 9:58.\r • My husband, our Enterprise representative, and I had extreme difficulty contacting you by phone. We were sent to voicemail.\r • Once you had voiced concern with my husband's cell number, I emailed you with my number and email address. I would have expected that you as a professional would have followed up on your letter of July 28th with an email or phone call to me that you were no longer supporting the rental car.\r • You were unavailable from August 6th Friday until after August 10 to reach because you were on vacation. This was your message attached to your response email; I will be out of the office starting 08/06/2010 and will not return until 08/10/2010.I will respond to your message when I return. Thus, we could not resolve the questions that we had regarding the settlement or even able to accept the Zurich offer.\r • We had confirmed an offer with Rickenbaugh for a replacement car as of August 6th so if we had received the settlement check we could have finalized the deal without the cost ($176) of the rental car from August 5 through the weekend until August 11th when we were notified by Enterprise that Zurich was no longer paying for the rental.\r • On August 11th, when I was notified by Enterprise that we were responsible for the car rental since August 5th, I immediately returned the car. Due to the kindness of Nick Specifico at Rickenbaugh Volvo, I was able to test drive a Volvo from Rickenbaugh for a few days until Nick receives the settlement check from Zurich. However, since this was very last minute, I had to miss work for 4 hours. Thus, since I am on an hourly wage, this will be a pay loss for me.\r \r Most importantly, we do not understand that if we have not received the settlement check from Zurich, how we can be charged the cost of the rental. There is no disagreement with our claim that Rickenbaugh destroyed our car, and until the claim has been settled, Zurich, as the Rickenbaugh's insurance representative, must supply us with a transportation substitute. At this point we have not received the settlement so why would we no longer have rental car reimbursement?\r
