After a full package of laser hair removal treatments, I am disappointed.
Katy, the owner and technician who administered the treatment, was consistently late to my appointments. Either she was chatting away with the previous appointment, having a personal conversation on the phone while I stood there in full view, or in some cases hadn't even arrived at the spa yet.
After receiving approximately $1000 in treatments, there was no lessening of the hair at all. It's hard to tell when you're in treatment, because they have you shave all the time, but after letting it grow out for several months, I could see that all the hair I started with was still there. This was after Katy, in multiple treatments, claiming she could see the hair ""jumping out of the follicle"". I probably would have been better off spending my money on whatever it was she was smoking.
I would not recommend this place to anyone.
