I hope the headline says it all. I am ultimately blown away by the way the freighthouse has stepped up their game. I mean, I have been coming here for years, but things have dramatically changed over the past few months. Unfortunately one of my favorite employees who constantly takes care of me when I dine and dance in the cocktail area has left, but on the up side, the dining room looks amazing with their new tables (sleek, elegant design), the menu tastes like a whole new chef has taken over (in a very professional, distinct, focused way), the new martinis were not only the best tasting, but the most exotic and interesting I've seen outside Manhattan. Both delicious in flavor and presentation, the bartenders are always nice to talk to as well as make my day better with an honest conversation most likely ending in laughter. Every once in awhile I even see the one guy hustling around flipping bottles and spinning things amongst a very hectic Friday night. Furthermore, I can't wait until the new patio is open. I mean this thing will probably be the largest in Bucks County...with a shuffle board? and fire pitt? Commendalble, bold, beautiful and well executed...the freighthouse has come a long way.
