I was looking for something a little unusual. I lost count of how many places in town I checked. When I found Michaels Floor Covering they immediately showed me three samples, two were fabulous, and I picked one out. They called me the next day when they discovered it was discontinued. They looked all over the country to find this flooring, and finally found a supplier that had it. They just put the floor in yesterday. They went above and beyond to give me what I wanted. They are a small business, very customer service oriented, and take the time to listen to what I want, and find what I want.
