Review content:
I met with the ""Director of Sales"" to plan an event and was completely turned off by her presentation (and gum chewing). Not only was she extremely rude and arrogant, but I felt like she was just out to make money off our event. She was completely lacking customer service skills and was very unprofessional. I wasn't about to host an event with someone like her.\r \r Not only that; but the server in the restaurant was just as arrogant and rude. I can't stand when a server comes to my table and just takes my order without any hello or leaves me with an empty glass for the majority of my meal.\r \r I was assuming the the people working at GameWorks would have great personalities and be fun to work with, but that was far from the case with both of these characters. I wasn't expecting the red-carpet to be rolled out, but come on, this is an entertainment venue....let's be entertaining!\r \r GameWorks needs some lessons in Customer Service!
