WENT TO WEST END AND HAD A GREAT DINNER. ORDERED SOME WINE TO HAVE FOR DINNER AND THE WINE WAS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED AND THEREFORE NOTIFIED THE WAITRESS THAT THE WINE WAS NOT THE TASTE THAT I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE AND ASKED IF I COULD ORDER A DIFFERENT DRINK WHICH I DID WHICH WAS MUCH BETTER. WHEN IT WAS TIME TO PAY THE BILL, THE WINE WAS STILL ON MY BILL AND WAS TOLD THAT EVEN THOUGH IT WAS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED I STILL HAD TO PAY FOR THE DRINK THAT I DIDNOT DRINK. TOLD ME TO CALL SOME NUMBER IF I WANTED TO HAVE IT REMOVED FROM MY BILL AND THAT I HAD TO PAY FOR IT BECAUSE I ORDERED IT OFF THE MENU, OF COURSE I ORDERED IT OFF THE MENU, WHERE ELSE WOULD I ORDER IT FROM. WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, SHE DOES REALIZE THAT THEY MAKE THERE MONEY FROM THE CUSTOMERS AND THAT IT IS GOOD BUSINESS TO MAKE SURE THAT THE CUSTOMER IS SATISFIED WITH THEIR DINING EXPERIENCES SO THAT THEY CAN RECEIVE GOOD REVIEWS WHICH LEADS TO MORE PROFITS FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT. MADE THE STATEMENT THAT SHE COULD NOT HAVE PEOPLE COMING IN AND ORDERING A DRINK, TAKING A SIP AND SAYING THEY DON'T LIKE IT AND NOT PAY FOR IT, UM EXCUSE ME HOW ABOUT PAYING FOR SOMETHING WORTH PAYING FOR. \r
